How to Connect

01

Choose Authentication Method

ClearVX supports two ways to verify incoming calls from your carrier:

IP Authentication

Whitelists the Carrier's Signaling IPs.

SIP Credentials

Uses a Username and Password. Ideal for non-static connections.

02

Configure Carrier Origination

In your carrier portal (Telnyx/Twilio), point your "Origination SIP URI" to the address provided in your ClearVX tenant dashboard.

sip:YOUR_TENANT_IP:PORT
03

Route Your Numbers

Assign your phone numbers (DIDs) to the SIP Trunk. When a call hits our software, we instantly route it to your logged-in WebRTC agents based on your queue settings.
